Chescor Capital Offset Fund is an independently managed private equity fund, subscribed to by 8 major European and American defense contractors, in fulfillment of their obligations under the Offsets Program of the UAE armed forces. The object of the fund is to invest in civilian ventures in the UAE, in association with the local private sector.
